Christmas and New Year is a time for love and fun,
A time to give your heart to everyone
A time to recollect, reshape, recharge, and reach the skies,
As the rest of the year, without a pause, simply flies.

For children first, whose lovely heart will jump in joy for a small thing done,
For those innocent souls whose lives have hardly begun
God showers his love to one and all, whether or not he has won
So embrace everyone with the same warmth, be partial to none.

Take your time off and help people out
And see them turn better and become devout
If you shun them and bitterness if you spout
They will return the same to you, without a doubt.

A little thing done today
Indeed goes a long way
Reaching unto people's hearts to say
That you are the answer to their pray.

The happiness gained thus
Cannot be measured using any apparatus
But this will earn you the blessings of all those -
For everlasting joy, that is the best dose.

Make a difference to atleast a single life
Be it someone unknown, friend, relative or even wife
Bringing a smile to their face will be daunting, enriching and endearing
And thats when you realise life is not just about being daring, but sharing and caring.
